ABOUT OUR SHIPPING PROCESS

 

 

 

In stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of order.  However, despite our best efforts, occasionally orders are delayed due to product demand. Should this happen, we will update your order status via email.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation as well as tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.

 

1.  General Shipping Information

 

Please understand that most of the products that we sell are, by default, heavy or bulky.  As a result, delivery times may take a bit longer that standard sized shipments.  We take every effort to ship our product safely, quickly and as low as cost possible.   For most items, please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order.  However, despite our best efforts, occasionally orders are delayed due to product demand. Should this happen, we will update your order status via email.  

 

Based on product size and quantity, we try to use Courier services or Canada Post for faster delivery times.  Many of our larger items, however, will have to be shipped via freight truck and can take up to 4 weeks for final delivery when shipping outside of Ontario.  Custom order shipping costs may incur additional costs.  Delivery rates are based on shipping within Canada only.  You will need to contact us for rates to any other locations.

 

2.  Delivery Method

 

What is a delivery appointment?  This is a FREE service and MUST be made for all residental address deliveries.  The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, usually within a 4 hour window.  We also suggest a delivery appointment for our commercial customers if there is any doubt that an authorized recipient will be available to receive your order, or if you are not always open Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM as this is generally the timeframe carriers deliver within. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, you will be charged additional fees when the carrier is forced to redeliver.


What is liftgate service?  A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for the liftgate is $40.00 but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after checkout.
